JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-04-2016 The issue raised by the petitioner with regard to benefit of particular pay scale has also been agitated earlier in CWJC No.10103 of 2014, decided on 18.12.2014. The writ application was

Patna High Court CWJC No.5317 of 2014 dt.11-04-2016 2/2 dismissed because the Court did not find any merit with regard to such claim of pay scale for grant of benefit of ACP in absence of any authorization, sanction or notification by the State of Bihar in this regard insofar as the said University is concerned. The case of the present petitioner is no different from the case of the earlier petitioners mentioned above. In view of the same, the petitioner is not entitled to any benefit which he is looking for a higher pay scale. It is put for record that petitioner retired way back in the year 2003 but his lust for a few rupees more from the State exchequer has not died as yet.

Writ is dismissed.
