The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Complaint case No. 222 of 2014 for the offences allegedly committed by the petitioner under Section 467, 468, 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant alleged that his uncle Shyam Nandan Singh died on 11.12.2008 in Rajeshwar Hospital, Patna. His uncle was doing transport business and he had also opened accounts in the banks and had purchased insurance policies from LIC of India. The complainant alleged that petitioner withdrew the amount of insurance policy by forging signature of uncle of the

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the nominee of Shyam Nandan Singh and the same would appear from annexure-4 series. Annexure-4 series show that deceased Shyam Nandan Singh had nominated the petitioner as nominee/ assignee of the policies. The petitioner happens to be own sister of Shyam Nandan Singh.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Complaint case No. 222 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
