2. This writ application has been filed for following reason :- (i) To direct the respondent/s to refrain from using undue influence/coericion upon the petitioner to commit illegal work of enrolling the name of respondent No. 10 in the main attendance register of the Primary School, Batal Chauraha , Panchdeori of which the petitioner is the head Master since 2008 and also to direct the concerned authority to conduct inquiry upon the pay

Patna High Court CWJC No.7232 of 2023(2) dt.20-11-2024 2/2 check issued to the respondent No. 10 because the respondent No. 10 was never appointed as a teacher since his candidature for Bihar Panchayat Primary Teacher was rejected by the authorities for submission of fake certificates but has received a salary on pretext of fake order copy of District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority , Gopalganj .

In view of the prayer made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Education Department, Gopalganj (Respondent No. 5) with all the supporting documents within a period of six weeks from today .

4. If such, representation is filed by the petitioner within the stipulated time period, Respondent No. 5 shall dispose of the same, after hearing the parties, by a speaking and reasoned order, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of such representation .

5 . Writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
