The petitioner is in custody in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupt Nagar) P.S. Case No. 90 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 420/414 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Allegation against this petitioner is that he was apprehended by the police with a motorcycle and on demand he did not produce any chit of paper regarding the said vehicle. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 12.2.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on
