JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
40 litres unripe spirit is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that nothing was recovered from the house of the petitioner and as a matter of fact, petitioner has been roped in this case on account of village politics. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 04.03.2019.

No. 253 of 2019 arising out of Salaiya P.S. Case No. 15 of 2019.
