JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For directing the respondents to grant seniority w.e.f. initial appointment on adhoc i.e. 27.06.1987 against the post of Assistant Engineer since the petitioners were continued in service uninterruptedly till the regularization i.e. on 28.03.2012 vide notification no. 3535 (S) dated 28.03.2012 issued by the Deputy Secretary (Management Cell), Road Construction Department, Bihar, Patna and as such, the petitioners are equally entitled for seniority w.e.f. the date of initial appointment on adhoc i.e.

Patna High Court CWJC No.17359 of 2014(3) dt.05-12-2022 2/2 27.06.1987"

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Secretary, Road Construction Department, Bihar, Patna for redressal of their aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
