Patna High Court CWJC No.5253 of 2014 (3) dt.23-08-2017 AC to SC 9 is present and learned counsel for the Bihar Staff Selection Commission is also present. This writ petition vide order dated 17.10.2014 ordered to be placed after disposal of L.P.A. No. 388 of 2014.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition for quashing of Annexures-4 and 5 the Advertisement No. 01010114 published through Notification No. 604 (4)/ Patna. Similar matter was decided in LPA No. 388 of 2014 that it is the domain of the State Government to issue advertisement and fix the condition of the eligibility in accordance with law. The LPA No. 388 of 2014 has already been disposed of on 01.08.2016.
