2. The petitioner seek bail in connection with Rail P.S. Case No. 611 of 2023 (N.D.P.S. Case No. 197 of 2023) registered for the offence under Sections 379, 411, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8(c)/21(B) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. Altogether 9.180 Gram of heroin has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 16.09.2023.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28645 of 2024(2) dt.24-04-2024 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Court No.2, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 197 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.

5. The petitioner shall mark his weekly attendance in Jakkanpur Police station on 3rd Sunday of each and every month and any default in his attendance in the concerned police station, as aforesaid, would be resulted into cancellation of his bail bonds.
