2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has filed the present writ petition for the relief(s), as prayed for in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ petition, which

Patna High Court CWJC No. 7829 of 2023(2) dt.11-12-2023 2/2 is inter alia reproduced as under :- "That this is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus, order or orders, direction or directions, commanding the respondents to strike out the name of respondent nos. 7, 8, 9 from the voter list contained at serial no.861, 862, 863 of voter list issued by respondent no.5 vide letter no.155 dated 2.2.2023 of Areraj Block fisher man co-operative Society Limited as the respondent no.7, 8, 9 by virtue of forged document obtained order in CWJC no.7230 of 2017 with regard to inclusion of their names in the voter list of the aforesaid society and further appropriate direction may be given to that effect."

2. Considering the nature of relief(s), as sought for in the present writ petition, the efficacious alternative remedy is available before the Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Bihar.

3. The Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Bihar is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner expeditiously, in accordance with law.

4. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
