The present petition has been preferred for quashing of the order dated 08.10.2015 in S.T. No. 15 of 2015 arising out of Sheikhpura Mahila P.S. Case No. 51 of 2013 passed by learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura by which the learned Court below rejected the discharge petition. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that the present petitioner under the promise to marry, sexually exploiting her for last seven years and on her insistence to marry, he refused. The further allegation is that he was married and wanted her to be his second wife and on the said promise, the relationship were developed and later all the accused persons assaulted her badly and ousted from the house. Accordingly, the case.
