2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 74/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 111(3), 111(4) of B.N.S. and Sections 25(1-B) (a), 26 and 35 of Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one country-made pistol and one live cartridge was recovered from a car.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. No incriminating articles has been recovered from his possession. Learned counsel further submits that he has eleven criminal antecedents in which he is on bail and he is in custody since

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26011 of 2026(2) dt.20-04-2026 2/2 02.02.2026. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts as well as the recovery of illegal articles from the vehicle, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
