In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No.281 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Section 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made by the informant that his wife has gone along with one Rajesh Singh, which was informed by these petitioners. Allegation has been made that these petitioners have assisted his wife to go along with said Rajesh Singh.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41030 of 2017 (2) dt.06-10-2017 2/2 let the above-named petitioners, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No.281 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
