The petitioner who is in custody since 21.02.2019 has filed the instant application for grant of bail in connection with Konch P.S. Case as No. 251 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 324, 326, 323, 504, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the allegation in the FIR, a number of accused persons including this petitioner are said to have come variously armed and of having assaulted the informant and others. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2019, co-accused Krishna Yadav has been enlarged on bail by order dated 05.12.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 77308 of 2018 and that the investigation has already concluded with submission of charge-

The learned APP for the State has opposed the application for bail.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case including the fact that the similarly situated co-accused has been enlarged on bail, the Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 2nd, Gaya in connection with Konch P.S.
