2. This application has been passed for modification in order dated 8.8.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1675/022 praying therein to modify the condition part of the said order.

Since no condition has been imposed on the petitioner directing her to refund emoluments received during tenure as Panchayat Teacher coupled with the fact that the petitioner has already been terminated from the service, there is no need to modify aforesaid order granting bail to the petitioner.
