2. The present writ application has been filed for issuance of a direction upon the Director, Mid Day Meal Scheme (M.D.M.), Government of Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 3) to dispose of the representation dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.6827 of 2024(2) dt.20-11-2024 2/2 18.02.2024/18.03.2024 which has been filed by the petitioner (copy of which has been annexed as Annexure-P10 to this writ application).

In view of the limited nature of prayer, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Director, Mid Day Meal Scheme (M.D.M.), Government of Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 3) to dispose of the representation dated 18.02.2024/18.03.2024 which has been filed by the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
