The petitioners are in custody in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 59 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 379/420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Allegation against these petitioners is that they dishonestly took away Rs. 49,000/- and only returned Rs. 5000/-. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in custody since 02.02.2019.
