1. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

2. This is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ in nature of mandamus to the respondents to treat the continuity of service and pay protection to the petitioner from the 1st date of his appointment i.e. 29.11.2006 as Assistant Teacher and issued orders respectively as notification contained in letter No. 528 dated 09.05.2022 issued by the Deputy Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna.

3. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and also

Patna High Court CWJC No.6563 of 2023 dt.20-03-2024 2/2 perusing the contents of the writ application, it appears that the petitioner has already filed a detailed representation before the respondent no.6, but till date, nothing was done nor any information in this regard has been given to her.

4. Accordingly, respondent no.6 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

5. It is made clear that respondent no.6 shall be liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

6. With the aforesaid directions, this application stands disposed of.
