The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 88 of 2012 registered under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code, 4/40 of the Bihar Minor Mineral Concession Rules and sections 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that seizure list has not been prepared. Nothing incriminating substance has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Nothing has come against the petitioner in the whole case diary.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36763 of 2017 (3) dt.01-09-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 88 of 2012, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
