Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 350 of 2022 (G.R. No. 374 of 2022) registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Ravin Rajak is the assailant of the injured and the petitioner is also said to have participated in the occurrence. The petitioner is in custody since 31.12.2022 and he has clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

No.28677 of 2023(2) dt.24-05-2023 2/2 Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 350 of 2022 (G.R. No. 374 of 2022).

The informant will visit concerned Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the informant.
