Petitioner is in custody in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 228 of 2019 for the offence under sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The police after investigation have submitted chargesheet against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the submits that the petitioner is in custody since 14.9.2019.

He further submitted that similarly circumstanced other co-accused has been granted bail.

Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner is also accused in two other cases.

Considering the period of custody, the Court is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27245 of 2020(3) dt.10-03-2021 2/2 inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Bela P.S.
