This modification application has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner to modify the order of this Court dated 20.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 6177 of 2017.

The petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 20.3.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 6177 of 2017 by which he was directed to surrender before the court below within six week from the date of order.

It has been submitted that petitioner could not surrender before the court below within time as he was suffering from viral Hepatitis with Jaundice. He has filed photocopy of Medical sickness certificate (Annexure-2). Therefore, he prays for further four weeks' time to surrender in the court below.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7215 of 2018 (2) dt.07-02-2018 2/2 The order dated 20.3.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 6177 of 2017 is modified to the extent that further four weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below and he will be released on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 20.3.2017 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 6177 of 2017.

This Modification application stands allowed. Let this order be communicated to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 109 of 2016.
