JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 09-08-2017 This petition has been filed to modify the order dated 0905-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13866 of 2017. It has been submitted that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the aforesaid order but he could not surrender in the court below within stipulated time because the petitioner was unable to make arrangement of money for payment of first installment as mentioned in the order dated 09-05-2017. Hence a prayer has been made to extend the time for surrender of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this modification application is allowed to the extent that the time for surrender of the petitioner in the court below is extended for further four weeks from the date of receipt of the order on the same terms and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37565 of 2017 (2) dt.09-08-2017 conditions as mentioned in the order dated 09-05-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13866 of 2017.

This modification application is, accordingly, allowed.

It is made clear that no further extension of time will be given to the petitioner.
