2. The petitioner seek bail in connection with Lakhisarai Mahila P.S. Case No. 114 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 376, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From the F.I.R, it appears that this is the case of consensual sex. The girl is major. The petitioner is in jail since 23.01.2024.
