Learned counsel for the respondents submits that petitioner has submitted an application supported with affidavit dated 11.09.2023, stating therein that the present writ application was filed by her. In the affidavit, she has stated that now, she has no grievance regarding the prayer made in the writ application.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has lost contact with her client and as such, she is not in a position to make any submission.
