This is an application seeking quashing of F.I.R. bearing Gardani Bagh P. S. Case No. 202 of 2015 dated 09.06.2015, instituted for the offences under Sections 417, 419, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On 18.09.2020, a report had been called for about the stage of this case, which has not yet been received. However, taking into account the fact that this is case of the year 2015, there is every likelihood that

If the same is still pending, this Court directs the investigating agency to conclude the investigation and submit an appropriate report before the court below within a period of three months.

If the petitioner would find himself aggrieved with either the report of the police or the order of the Court, he would have the liberty to avail of the remedies to which he is entitled.
