Learned counsel for the petitioner tried to persuade the Court to quash an order dated 13.08.2013 passed in Appeal no.07 of 2012 (Annexure-6 to the writ petition). However, after noticing the fact that the Court was not inclined to directly interfere with the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a prayer for disposal of the writ petition, so that the petitioner may avail appropriate remedy.

The prayer is allowed.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
