The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 297 of 2015 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of the Excise Act.

In view of the allegation that illicit Indian made foreign liquor and country-made wine were being sold from the grocery shop of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
