Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.
The FIR of the occurrence of dacoity is against unknown. Petitioner is in custody since 12.10.2018. Submission is that petitioner was never put on Test Identification Parade during investigation nor anything was recovered from his possession. Only for the reason that petitioner is accused in a R.P.F. case disclosed in para 3 of the bail petition, petitioner has been implicated in this case.
