The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 7.10.2015 passed by the 2nd Additional Sessions judge, Jamui, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 313 of 2008. Considering that it was the good reason that the prayer of the Petitioner under Section 311 Cr. P.C. was not allowed by the Second Additional Sessions Judge, Jamui, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 313 of 2008 by the order dated 7.10.2015, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

The application stands dismissed.
