The present writ application has been filed for quashing the order dated 05.12.2012 passed by respondent no.4, the D.C.L.R., Madhubani in Land Resolution Dispute Case No. 102/2012-2013.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to file appeal against the impugned order.
