JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Trial No. 2149 of 2016 arising out of Complaint Case No. 947 of 2016 registered under Sections-354, 354(A), 354(B), 504, 509, 323, 341/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that earlier also, the informant had lodged a case with similar allegation, in which, petitioners were granted bail and thereafter, this false case has been lodged. It has also been submitted that there is contradiction between the complaint petition and the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.922 of 2017 (4) dt.22-02-2017 2/2 statement, given on solemn affirmation regarding the injury so received by her.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Trial No. 2149 of 2016 arising out of Complaint Case No. 947 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Shri Arun Tiwary, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Gopalganj.
