JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-05-2019 Mr. Dhananjay Kumar Pandey, learned advocate for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw the petition in order to enable the petitioner to approach the District Programme Officer, Nalanda for redressal of her grievances. Should such an application be filed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7719 of 2019(2) dt.08-05-2019 2/2 petitioner before the District Programme Officer, Nalanda (respondent No. 3) within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off after affording hearing to the petitioner and other stakeholders/necessary parties within a further period of six weeks thereafter.

If the petitioner still remains dissatisfied, she will have an option of preferring an appeal against the order of the District Programme Officer, Nalanda before the District Magistrate, Nalanda.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn.
