The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sessions Trial No. 331 of 2017 arising out of G.B.Nagar P.S. Case No. 299 of 2016 for the offences under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the report dated 09.02.2021 of the District and Sessions Judge, Siwan, the present application is disposed of with the direction to the concerned Court to positively conclude the trial, if not already concluded as yet, by 15th of April, 2021 failing which the court below shall release the petitioner on appropriate terms and conditions, if there is no lapse on the part of the petitioner in conclusion of the trial.
