The petitioner seeks bail in Kudhani (Turki) P.S. Case No. 10 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. One country made pistol has been recovered from house of this petitioner which was kept beneath his pillow. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 04.01.2021. Investigation is complete. Considering the period of custody and clean antecedent, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
