Learned counsel for the respondents has stated that entire amount including the arrears of salary for the suspension period has already been released, even interest on the due amount has also been released to the tune of Rs.1,97,691/- vide cheque dated 5th June, 2015. No claim of the petitioner is due now from the respondents. It is also informed that pension has also been released and compassionate appointment has also been offered.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the respondents

Patna High Court CWJC No.21500 of 2013(2) dt.06-02-2023 2/2 submits that the writ petition has been rendered as infructuous. Counsel for the petitioner does not object.

This writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
