1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 470 of 2022 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5181 of 2022.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29165 of 2023(2) dt.21-07-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-I, Sitamarhi in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 470 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
