====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 27-06-2016 Heard the learned senior counsel, Mr. Rajendra Narayan, for the petitioner.

It appears that earlier for comparison of the signature of the admitted signature with the disputed signature was sent to the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL), CID, Patna. It was returned by the FSL, CID, Patna saying that the disputed signature cannot be compared with the admitted signature in photocopies and directed the original may be sent. Thereafter, the plaintiff respondent filed application for permission to get admitted signature compared with disputed signature. By the impugned order dated 18.05.2015, the learned Sub Judge VIII, Saran at Chapra in Title Suit No.586 of 2005 has allowed the said prayer. The learned senior counsel submitted that photocopies were earlier sent which was returned and now again the plaintiff is trying to get the signature of photocopy compared with the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18482 of 2015 (2) dt.27-06-2016 2/2 disputed signature. So far this submission is concerned, it is not apparent from the order impugned dated 18.05.2015. Admittedly, the FSL, Patna has already returned the photocopy, therefore, now it cannot be presumed the Court will send the photocopy again. In my opinion, therefore, there is no reason for interference in supervisory jurisdictions arises. Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
