The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 14 of 2017 registered under Sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. The whole allegation goes against the husband. Petitioner is relatives of the deceased, father-in-law. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
