Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 913 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus against all the accused persons. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
