1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 09.11.2023, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 51452 of 2023, whereby the petitioners have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioners shall surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34967 of 2024(2) dt.17-05-2024 2/2 petitioners reside in remote village under Hilsa Police Station and they are labourers and were not in a position to bear/consult the advocate, as such, they could not come and surrender before the learned court below. He accordingly prays for further two weeks' time to surrender before the learned Court below.

4. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, let the time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned Court below by order, dated 09.11.2023, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 51452 of 2023, be extended by further two weeks from today.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs. 1,000/- each in the account of concerned District Legal Services Authority. (Anil Kumar Sinha, J) HarshPandey/- U T
