The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Sikty P.S. Case No.127 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 342, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made against the petitioner that he has caused injury by Farsa on the brother of the informant with an intention to kill him.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
