Petitioner is the son of Late Jung Bahadur Thakur, who died on 28.10.1993 while working as driver in the Bihar State Road Transport Corporation, Ltd.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that Radhika Devi, wife of Late employee also died without receiving any retiral benefits in the year 2004 and petitioner has represented regarding post-retiral benefits before the Authorities, still payments are not being made.
