JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 20-02-2023 A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the University, which may be placed on record and it is stated that amount of Rs.7,748/- has been paid of Group Insurance for the period from 1983-84 to 1991-92. It is also stated that a sum of Rs.10,39,187 has been paid towards dues for the period from 01.01.2006 to 31.03.2010 after placing the petitioner in the pay scale of Rs.37,400-67,000/- with AGP of Rs.10,000/-. In addition thereto, amount of Rs.2,67,393/- was paid in

Patna High Court CWJC No.17918 of 2010(5) dt.20-02-2023 2/2 installments, therefore, total sum of Rs.13,46,380/- has been paid. Arrears of salary for the period 1996-2005 has been paid. No rejoinder has been filed for taking into consideration the contents of the Counter Affidavit filed by the respondent no.9 and the additional counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no.9.
