1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of "Mandamus" commanding the respondents to accord approval of fixation of their pay in the sanctioned Grade Pay of Rs. 2400/- of the 1" A.C.P. upon completion of 10 year of service of the petitioners, so that petitioners can get the benefit of 7 Pay Revised

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur i.e. the respondent no.3, for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed, by the petitioner, before the respondent no.3, within a period of four weeks from today, the respondent no.3 shall pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.
