The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the husband of the victim. There is allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same as a result of that the victim was done to death.

Submission of the petitioner is that, in fact, the victim was murdered by her parent's family members and just to falsely implicate the petitioner, false case has been lodged. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Hilsa Police Station Case No. 515 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53083 of 2016 (3) dt.10-02-2017 2/2 2012 pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda.
