The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Tajpur (Waini OP) P.S. Case No. 413 of 2017 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a), 38(i)(ii), 47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. On perusal of seizure list, it appears that the alleged liquor has been recovered from co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

No.9668 of 2018 (2) dt.20-02-2018 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 6th Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Excise, Samastipur in connection with Tajpur (Waini O.P.)
