2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 109 & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of the occurrence, three persons riding on a motorcycle came in premises of the High School and started indiscriminate firing and thus, created chaos in the School.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though, there is allegation of indiscriminate firing, but no one sustained any fire arm injury. Petitioner is in custody since 05.03.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, let the petitioner, as named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Siwan in connection with Jamo Bazar Police Station Case No. 300 of 2024.
