This application has been filed for grant of regular bail arises out of Begusarai P.S. Case No. 506 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nine criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
