JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case instituted under Sections 304B and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is to have killed daughter of informant along with others due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she has got no criminal antecedent. No allegation of tampering of witnesses is alleged against petitioner. Petitioner is Nanad of the deceased. She is separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his/her arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
