2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Piprakothi P.S. Case No. 217 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application submitting that during pendency of this application the petitioner has already been apprehended by the police.

4. Permission is granted.
